Norm Wismer received his degree in structural engineering before leaving Ohio in 1971. He has spent 38 years in the framing industry of southern California and has continued his education throughout his career. Norm became a superintendant in 1980, and over the following 29 years became a specialist for the most difficult assignments. Dennis Perovich has worked 34 years in the framing industry with a passionate pursuit of perfection which led him to Computer Aided Design. Frustrated with design flaws he uncovered while working in the field, Dennis began studying CAD to eliminate these errors before they reached the jobsite. Today Dennis meticulously designs our building layouts to accommodate each subcontractor. This process uncovers design flaws and eliminates change orders.
